Shane Newman is the owner and operator behind Pillars Concrete, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the concrete industry since 2014. With a strong background in project management, Shane has successfully overseen a wide range of residential and commercial projects - ensuring each job is completed with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

As a cancer survivor, Shane approaches both life and business with resilience, grit, and a deep appreciation for hard work. His leadership extends beyond the job site as he serves as a Volunteer Firefighter Captain for Palo Pinto County ESD 1, Station 14 demonstrating his dedication to serving and protecting his community.

Shane is a devoted husband of 13 years and a proud father of four. He understands the value of building strong foundations - not just in concrete, but in family and relationships. This same mindset carries into every project, where trust, communication, and quality craftsmanship are the standard.

When he's not working, Shane enjoys chasing ducks, offshore fishing and spending time with his wonderful family.

Kasey Newman is a homeschooling mom of 4 teenagers and a proud owner of Pillars Concrete.

Before entering the construction industry, Kasey spent several years working as a medical assistant, where she gained valuable experience serving people from all walks of life. That season shaped her heart for others and instilled a deep commitment to compassion, honesty, and treating people with respect - values she continues to bring into the business today.

Kasey made the decision to leave the medical field to be more present at home, believing that her greatest work is raising her children. As a family, they share a vision that one day their kids will grow into the business and carry on what they have built.

She has been married to her husband, Shane, for 13 years, though their story began as teenagers. Watching his dedication and drive in the concrete industry made it a natural decision for Kasey to step in and fully support the business - it has truly been an all-hands-on-deck journey.

While the medical field and the concrete industry may seem like different worlds, Kasey believes they share the same foundation: serving people well. Their business is built on doing what's right, treating others with integrity, and trusting God with the outcome.

Jose Garcia is a dedicated professional in the concrete industry with a lifelong passion for the trade. Having started working in concrete as a teenager, he developed a strong foundation of hands-on experience that shaped his work ethic and expertise. In 2011, he transitioned into the management side of the business, where he continues to bring leadership, knowledge, and commitment to every project.

Outside of work, Jose is a proud father whose son attends the University of North Texas. Family is at the center of his life, and he values spending quality time with loved ones. Whether he's cooking out, relaxing, or simply enjoying the moment, Jose believes in working hard and making the most of life off the job just as much as on it.
